ss55 Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all persons who register an account, access, browse, or use any product or service offered by ss55 via the website located at ss55.bio or any associated subdomain, mobile interface, or application ("the Platform"). Access to the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

ss55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ss55 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ss55.

To register and use ss55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ss55 enforces strict 21+ age verification across all products and markets.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register a player account.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of ss55 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on ss55 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) ss55 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date at all times.

• You must keep your ss55 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ss55 support immediately at [email protected].
• ss55 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance obligations.
• Accounts found to have been registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information will be closed and all balances forfeited without liability to ss55.

All financial transactions on ss55 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ss55 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. ss55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents required include a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours.
• Withdrawal source matching: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
• ss55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that ss55 deems unusually large, unusual in nature, or otherwise warranting enhanced due diligence.

ss55 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses in these Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit stated in the individual promotion terms. Unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a maximum cash-out amount specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ss55 reserves the right to exclude specific players or player segments from any promotion at its discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• ss55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already fulfilled its terms, ss55 will honour any accrued qualifying bonus at its discretion.

The ss55 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ss55 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available.
• In-play bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded — due to connectivity issues, display delays, or any other reason — may be voided at ss55's discretion.
• ss55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or integrity concerns reported by recognised sporting authorities.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player. These limits are set at ss55's discretion and may be adjusted without notice for individual players based on betting patterns.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your real-money wallet upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times vary by sport and event type.
• Any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet must be submitted to ss55 support within 72 hours of settlement. ss55's decision on all sports bet disputes is final.

All casino games available on ss55 — including video slots, live dealer tables, crash games, poker, and lottery — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game interface and govern gameplay for that title.

• All slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Connection interruptions during a live game hand or spin do not entitle the player to a refund of the bet placed prior to disconnection if the game round was completed.
• ss55 does not accept responsibility for any loss arising from technical faults, interruptions, or errors on the part of third-party game providers. Claims against specific game providers must be raised directly with that provider.
• Displayed game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• ss55 reserves the right to remove any game title from the Platform at any time without notice, including where a provider licence lapses or is withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ss55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ss55 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds — upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account on ss55, or assisting another person in registering an account in breach of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or miscalculated odds to place bets or wagers that ss55 would not have offered had the error been detected in time.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in poker or live casino contexts.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Charging back deposits made to ss55 via any payment provider after those funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ss55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ss55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ss55 determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is under the age of 21 or has misrepresented their age.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ss55.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ss55 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where the closure is attributable to the player's own misconduct. Where closure is initiated by ss55 for business reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ss55 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

ss55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ss55 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the ss55 Platform without prior written consent from ss55.
• You may not use the ss55 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with ss55 without express written authorisation.
• Game content displayed on ss55 is licensed from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Unauthorised reproduction of game assets is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ss55 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ss55's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ss55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ss55 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• ss55 is not liable for any losses arising from the player's own breach of these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure attributable to the player's conduct.
• ss55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

ss55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ss55 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ss55 includes registration information, financial transaction records, KYC documentation, device identifiers, and gameplay activity logs. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. ss55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ss55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their ss55 account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the ss55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ss55 and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ss55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ss55 complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be contractually excluded. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory law, the mandatory law provision shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency only.
